Taking our first brush at home design Utah, the character of Dylan and Harrison is heavily derived from the architecture of "The Avenues" a historic neighborhood in Salt Lake City. Of course, we also added a touch of our own contemporary design.

The homes host an array of styles from craftsman to modern farmhouse and finally mountain contemporary design. Floor plans sleep up to five bedrooms with fully finished basements.
